These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of servidianpartners.com (the "Site"), operated by Servidian Partners ("Servidian", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Servidian Partners is an independent IT service management consultancy. The contracting entity is [full legal entity name and registered address]. In these Terms, "you" means the user of the Site; "Site" means servidianpartners.com and its content; and "Services" means consultancy services we may provide under a separate written agreement.
By using the Site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the latest revision, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the organisation they represent.
Content on the Site — including service descriptions, frameworks, packages, and indicative pricing such as the Mehar Assessment — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice, or a commitment to provide services. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) signed by both parties, which will govern that engagement. You should not act in reliance on Site content without obtaining appropriate professional advice.
The Mehar Assessment™ is offered for a fixed fee as stated on the Site. Any credit of that fee is conditional and applies only against a qualifying service agreement signed within 15 days of delivery of your assessment report, subject to the terms of that agreement. We may vary, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time, and final scope, price, and credit terms are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or for any fraudulent purpose; infringe our or others' intellectual property or other rights; introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, test, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by law; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layout, the Servidian Partners name and logo, the KIRAT Framework, and the Mehar Assessment™ — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for your own business evaluation; you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

These marks are used descriptively to refer to the relevant methodologies; Servidian Partners is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by, or sponsored by their owners.
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources, provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and access is at your own risk.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is complete, accurate, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servidian Partners and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site is limited to [the greater of the amount you paid us for access to the Site (if any) or [currency/amount]]. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servidian Partners and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
